Refund policy

At ENAH & Co, all our products are handmade and carefully inspected prior to being shipped.
Due to the nature of our products, once item has been shipped it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged during shipping, we will send replacements for damaged products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the package. The customer must email us photographic proof of damage and the packing slip to enahandco@gmail.com
